• Documents provided for subsidy applications, such as electricity bills and identity proof, where you ask us to file on your behalf.
• Technical data collected automatically, including IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule a site survey.
• To prepare designs, generation estimates and quotations.
• To file subsidy or scheme applications where you have instructed us to.
• To deliver, service and maintain systems under contract.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not pass your details to third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Information is shared only where it is necessary to do the work:

• Government portals and DISCOMs where you have asked us to file a subsidy or net-metering application.
• Lending partners where you have requested a financing quote, and only with your consent.
• Equipment manufacturers for warranty registration and claims.
• Service providers who host our systems, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities where disclosure is required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data that does not convert is retained for up to twenty-four months. Customer and project records are retained for the life of the warranty and for as long as tax and statutory rules require, which for solar assets can extend well beyond the contract term.
