Do you maintain systems you didn't install?
Yes. We begin with a baseline audit to document current condition and performance, then propose a contract scope from there.
How often should modules be cleaned?
In coastal or industrial Odisha, typically every four to eight weeks in the dry season and less during monsoon. Sites near cement, coal or heavy traffic need more frequent cycles.
What is not covered?
Non-comprehensive contracts exclude component replacement cost — labour is covered but parts are billed. Comprehensive contracts include specified spares. Exact inclusions are listed in the contract schedule.
