Industrial solar
At industrial scale the engineering question stops being ‘how many panels’ and starts being ‘how does this behave against our load, our DG and our contract demand’.
Engineered against your load curve, not a nameplate
Factory load is rarely flat. Shift patterns, furnace cycles and compressor duty create a demand profile that determines how much solar you can actually self-consume — and self-consumption, not installed capacity, is what drives return.
We model your fifteen-minute demand data against modelled generation before sizing anything. The output is a plant that trims your contract demand and your energy charge, rather than one that exports surplus at a poor tariff.
What the contract actually covers
Everything below is delivered by us and written into your agreement — no line items appearing later as extras.
15-minute demand modelling
Generation matched against real interval data from your HT meter.
Captive and open-access advisory
Structuring guidance where third-party or group captive makes sense.
HT-side integration
11kV/33kV interconnection, protection coordination and relay settings.
Civil and structural works
Foundations, cable trenching and module mounting for roof or ground.
DG synchronisation
Controlled interaction between solar, grid and diesel generation.
Evacuation approvals
CEIG clearance, DISCOM approvals and commissioning liaison.
SCADA and remote monitoring
Plant-level telemetry with configurable alarms and reporting.
Comprehensive O&M
Full-scope AMC with guaranteed response times and spares holding.

Frequently asked questions
Rooftop or ground mount?
If you have unshaded shed roofing with sound structure, rooftop is cheaper per kW and needs no land. Ground mount wins where roof structure is marginal or capacity requirement exceeds roof area. We assess both and present the comparison.
Will solar reduce my contract demand?
It reduces energy charge reliably. Demand charge reduction depends on how consistently generation coincides with your peak — which is exactly what the interval-data modelling determines before we quote.
What about open access?
Where captive rooftop can’t cover your requirement, open-access procurement may fill the gap. We advise on structure but recommend independent legal review of any wheeling agreement.
